Hi everyone! My name is Candice, and I was born and raised right here in beautiful Princeton, BC. I live here with my two boys, both fourth-generation Princetonites, and we love hiking, fishing, and exploring the incredible outdoors that make this valley such a scenic place to call home.
I started my career in Princeton BC real estate back in 2010, beginning as an administrator before transitioning into a full-time agent. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in land development, orchestrating several local subdivisions and spec builds, and I work closely with two professional contractors in town who specialize in new home construction. I love red wine, getting dressed up and socializing with friends and strangers alike. My family means everything, from having fires, roasting hot dogs, playing cribbage and going to our annual family reunion at our 1900’s-era family cabin, I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!
