Hi! I’m Candice, born and raised right here in beautiful Princeton, BC. Today, I’m lucky to call Princeton home with my husband, Darcy, and our blended family; Brody, Reece, and Lyla. Our roots here run deep, and we love everything this area has to offer, from hiking and fishing to camping, family fires, and exploring the outdoors together.
I began my career in Princeton real estate in 2010 as an administrator before transitioning into a full-time REALTOR®. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in residential and rural real estate, land development, local subdivisions, and spec builds. Having spent my entire life in this community, I bring more than just real estate knowledge to the table, I know the neighbourhoods, the backroads, the history, and the little things that make Princeton and the surrounding area such a special place to call home.

Outside of real estate, I love a good glass of red wine, getting dressed up, and socializing with friends and strangers alike. But family is at the heart of who I am. Some of my favourite moments are the simple ones, sitting around a fire, roasting hot dogs, playing cribbage, exploring with the kids, or heading to our favourite lakes to camp!
